iDoctor was founded by Kyle Stricklin. The company began in the basement during the final semester attaining an undergraduate degree in Business Management from MSU Billings. After 7 months of of research and development of the idea, iDoctor opened the first location on the west end of Billings. We have grown to another location in the heights on April 1, 2015 which is exactly two years after the opening of the west
The company began by offering repairs and accessories primarily for phones and tablets. As time passes we have evolved into a full service retail repair shop for electronics. We have technicians that specialize in multiple areas of electronics ranging from logic board repair, data recovery, water damage repair, software setup, data transfer, and so much more. At iDoctor we take the repair as far as it can go. We exhaust all possibilities of bringing a device back to life. Our job is to make it work again!
We will continue to pursue growth in different areas of the electronics industry. With the industry of electronics repair becoming more popular across the country, iDoctor is in a great position. We look forward to adding new exciting services and working to constantly best serve our clients!
We are a bunch of motivated nerds and the sky is the limit. The company’s core values lay a foundation for growth.
Updated 6.20.18 – We have recently rebranded and joined the CPR Cell Phone Repair Network. We are still locally owned and operated. Nothing is changing for us besides our brand name of the stores we operate. We are excited to make the changes and look forward to the future. Here are images of our new re-branded Billings stores!
We have exciting plans for the future growth of the business across Montana and Wyoming. We are creating high paying jobs, creating opportunity for management positions, and enabling employees the opportunity to get into an ownership position. We are aiming to bring value to not only our customers but our entire staff and everyone associated with our locations in Montana and Wyoming.
